摘    要:将改性含氢硅油用于纯棉织物拒水整理,通过单因素试验优化了拒水整理工艺条件。测试了拒水整理棉织物的拒水性、撕破强力等性能。结果表明,在改性含氢硅油50 g/L,催化剂10 g/L,pH值9,100℃烘干3 m in,150℃焙烘4m in条件下,整理后织物的拒水等级达到90分,撕破强力提高近12%,经20次水洗后的拒水等级为70分,耐洗性良好。

Abstract:The modified hydrogen silicone is applied to water repellent finish of pure cotton fabric,and the process conditions are optimized.The water repellency and tear strength of the finished fabric are tested.The results show that under the conditions of modified hydrogen silicone 50 g/L,catalyst 10 g/L,pH value 9,drying at 100 ℃ for 3 min,curing at 150 ℃ for 4 min,the water repellency of the treated fabric can reach 90,the tear strength increases about 12%.The fabric features good washability with water repellency of 70 after 20 times of washing.
