| 摘 要： | 金、银丝不耐酸、碱、高温,不耐磨,按常规染整工艺加工,会出现严重褪色现象,使布面完全失去亮片光泽。金(银)丝/人造丝/锦氨混纺花边染整加工中,人造丝采用高反应性活性染料和5~10 g/L纯碱于温度40℃染色,同时控制皂洗pH<8;锦纶采用酸性染料于温度80~90℃染色,染液pH值控制在4.5以上,可确保金、银丝亮片不褪色,保持坯布织造时的光泽,且耐水洗牢度和耐摩擦牢度较好。

| Abstract: | Owing to high alkalinity and high temperature in traditional wet processing,tinsel sequin will lose luster.In this paper,proper dyeing and finishing process for tinsel/rayon/nylon elastic lace is introduced.Rayon dyeing is carried out at 40 ℃ with high-activity reactive dyes and 5~10 g/L sodium carbonate,and the pH value of soaping is controlled below 8.Nylon dyeing is carried out at 80~90 ℃ with acid dyes and pH value of above 4.5.The new process can impart the elastic lace brilliant luster and good color fastness to washing and rubbing. |
