印染废水生化合成可降解mcl-PHA的可行性

摘    要:利用印染废水中存在的厌氧微生物恶臭假单胞菌生产生物可降解高分子材料中长链聚羟基脂肪酸酯m c l-PHA,并将其与模型药结合,测试了PHA单体组成、黏合特性和缓释性能。试验验证了用印染废水中的微生物生产PHA可行,且PHA结构与印染废水种类有关;m c l-PHA可用于后整理的黏合剂、交联剂、混合剂等,对非离子和离子型药剂有良好的混合性。

Abstract:Biodegradable polymer mcl-PHA(medium-chain-length Polyhydroxyalkanoate)is produced by Pseudomonas Putida which exists in printing and dyeing effluents and combined with model agents.The monomer structure,adhesive capacity and sustained-releasing performance of PHA are tested.The experiments verify that the production of mcl-PHA with printing and dyeing effluents is possible,and the monomer structure of mcl-PHA is closely related to the type of effluents.mcl-PHA can be used as adhesive,cross-linking agent in finishing.
