摘    要:随着钻进距离的不断增加,单方向的水平定向钻进已经不能满足施工要求。使用2个钻机从出土点和入土点分别钻进是实现长距离钻进的有效方法。对接技术是实现长距离定向钻进的关键。为实现两侧钻机的对接,提出了基于永磁铁的扫描拟合磁定位技术。利用永磁铁的磁场模型,重新建立了对接过程模型。建立了该扫描拟合算法中两侧钻机相对位置的描述方式,针对该描述方式,提出了利用数值拟合求得钻头相对位置的方法。通过实验模拟对接过程,利用实验数据求得了两钻头的相对位置,其精度达到cm量级,从而证明了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:As the drilling distance increases,horizontal directional drilling(HDD) in one direction can hardly meet the engineering requirement.One solution is using two rigs to drill from two opposite directions,respectively.In doing so,intersection technique is the key to long distance directional drilling.A scan fitting magnetic ranging technology based on magnet is proposed.With the magnetic model of magnet,an intersection model is established to describe the process.This technology is realized using a numerical fitting method.An experiment is designed to simulate the ranging process for verification.The results show that the ranging precision can reach the order of cm.
