中国工业电能利用效率及影响因素

摘    要:传统的单要素电耗强度指标,不能很好地反映真实的电能效率,因此,采用DEA方法,测算了1998—2007年中国33个工业行业的全要素电力能源利用效率;利用Tobit模型分析了电能利用效率的影响因素。实证结果表明:中国工业行业电能利用效率普遍偏低,在样本期内没有明显地收敛趋势。行业结构、技术进步与电能效率正相关,行业集中度、电力价格与电能效率负相关,产权结构的影响则呈现出波动特征。优化行业结构、推动技术进步、保持行业适度竞争、深化电价改革有助于工业电能效率的提高。
