风电场功率分配算法

摘    要:在风电出力受限时,调度需要考虑多个风电场出力叠加所带来的平滑效应,优化功率分配。根据风电场是否具备风电功率预测系统建立了5种不同的风电场功率分配算法模型,以单个区域中的多个风电场的未来1 h功率预测数据来计算5种算法下所有风电场的总出力及相应的损失电量。结果表明,考虑预测的算法所得到的风电场出力情况与风力发电限值最为接近,且损失电量最少,明显优于不考虑预测条件下的算法。通过研究这5种算法也为风力发电的调度提供优化方案。
