摘    要:在电力系统老化设备日益增多以及对经济性的逐渐重视的背景下,产生了设备检修资源不足与对系统运行可靠性要求不断提高的矛盾。以可靠性为中心的检修(RCM)理念为解决上述矛盾提供了可能,以此为线索,在已有研究成果基础上,给出了解决这一矛盾新的思路和模型。定义了系统风险收益的概念;将设备检修过程分为检修期间及检修完成后等2个阶段,将其对应的系统风险定量化;以二者之和最大为目标,利用过程化思想编程求解,实现了检修的最大化收益。通过算例证明所提出的状态检修新模型的有效性。
