摘    要:不同的企业、不同的生产条件影响热送率的主要因素可能不同,但铸坯表面裂纹的主要影响因素应有一定共性。以唐钢二炼钢连铸坯为研究对象对铸坯表面裂纹进行系统研究,研究结果和解决方案在唐钢二炼钢进行了实施,效果良好。

Abstract:Factors influencing heat-sending proportion of continuous casting square billet (rectangular bloom) transport may be different in various enterprises and under various producing condition. However surface cracks on the billets should share common characters. Study on cracks of the square billet (rectangular bloom) produced by 2nd Plant of Tangshan Iron and Steel Corporation was conducted and counter measure was taken according to results. The effect is good.
