焊接空心球节点在输电线路大跨越钢管塔中的应用

摘    要:焊接空心球节点连接输电线路大跨越钢管塔构件是一种比较理想的节点处理方式,但常规的球节点承载力计算理论对于超大直径薄壁焊接空心球节点无法适用。结合舟山与大陆联网特大跨越输电高塔工程设计实例,通过非线性有限元分析,对无加劲肋和加劲空心球节点的受力特性、破坏形态和极限承载能力进行研究,并通过对正交试验结果的方差分析指出加劲肋各因素对节点承载力水平的影响,研究结果对工程设计有较好的指导意义。

Abstract:The welded hollow spherical is a good choice to be used in the steel tube towers of large span transmission line system as a connection joint. The conventional method to calculate the bearing capacity of the spherical joint isn’t suitable for the hollow spherical with super large diameter and thin wall. Based on the tallest transmission tower of the Zhoushan networking engineering, the welded hollow spherical joint with and without stiffening ribs is analyzed from three aspects: the stress characteristic, the destroyed form and the ultimate strength. The contribution of the rib’s different factors to the bearing capacity of the joint is expounded with the orthogonal experiment and variance analysis. The conclusion of the research is directional and valuable for the practical engineering design.
