| 摘 要： | 冰雪灾害给电网企业应急管理提出了崭新课题。增强电网企业应急管理能力,确保电网在突发事件中保持安全运行,已成为电网企业乃至全社会共同的责任和使命。本文结合目前电网应急管理中存在的问题,在吸纳国外先进做法的基础上,提出几点思考建议,以期更好地促进电网企业做好应急管理工作。

| Abstract: | Ice and snow disaster gives a new subject to emergency management of power grid enterprise.Common responsibilities and obligations of grid enterprise and even all over society are that strengthening emergency management ability and protecting safe operation in the course of emergency.The paper puts forward some suggestions,according to the problems that exist in emergency management of power grid enterprise and absorbing the beneficial experience of other countries,in order to promote the ability in emergency management. |
