| 摘 要： | 通过试验阐述了影响洛氏硬度试验结果的主要因素以及洛氏硬度测试时应注意的问题。结果表明:试样表面粗糙度、试样平行度以及试样厚度等因素都会对试验结果产生影响;在洛氏硬度测试时应注意硬度计的检验、试验力的保持时间,试样表面粗糙度以压痕位置等问题。

| Abstract: | The main factors of influence on Rockwell hardness test results and the attentions which should be paid to Rockwell hardness test were described.The results show that the surface roughness,parallelism and the thickness of the test samples affected the test results in different extent.During the Rockwell hardness test process, problems such as inspection of the hardness tester,test load holding time,surface roughness of test sample and location of indentation should be noticed. |
