蔗渣浆成纸印刷适性的初步研究

本研究通过模拟胶版印刷，对不同蔗渣浆（化学浆、ＡＰＭＰ、ＣＭＰ）配抄的新闻印刷纸的印刷适性进行了初步的探讨，为开发蔗渣浆新闻纸提供一定的理论依据和可靠数据。

Preliminary Evaluation of the Printability of Bagasse Newsprint

Paper printability,in term of critical pick velocity,print density and print through,of newsprint containing various bagasse pulps such as bagasse chemical pulp,bagasse CMP and bagasse APMP were studied and compared with the newsprint containing masson pine sulfite pulp and masson pine GWP.It was found that the critical pick velocity,print density and print through of the paper made of bagasse pulp are higher than that of the paper from masson pine GWP.Fines of the pulp are beneficial to the paper printability in some cases, it can increase critical velocity and print density meanwhile it causes higher print through.It is possible to produce newsprint with acceptable printability using high proportion of bagasse pulp on condition that the higher print through of the paper is solved
