纳米金熔化温度的尺寸效应

摘    要:介绍纳米晶体金的尺寸依赖的熔化温度和熔化熵模型.选择金属金作为研究对象,是由于金有很好的抗腐蚀性和热稳定性,即使颗粒的尺寸只有几纳米,也可以准确地测量金属熔点,最终发现纳米晶体金的模型预测与实验结果十分吻合.

Abstract:A simple model without any free parameter is introduced to predict the size-dependent melting temperature and melting entropy of nanocrystalline Au. Since nanocrystalline Au have good corrosion resistance and thermal stability, the measured melting point of the metal has thus better measuring accuracy even the particle is only in several nanometers. It is found that the model prediction for the melting point depression of nanocrystalline Au corresponds to the experimental result well.
