| 摘 要： | 介绍了数据包络分析(Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA))的原理和经济含义，以及DEA方法中C^2R模型的评价方法和步骤，并利用C^2R相对有效性评价模型，结合建设项目多方案评价的输入和输出指标体系，对建设项目多方案进行综合评价，获得了不同方案投资的相对有效笥和决策方案的优劣顺序，同时对非DEA有效的方案，利用决策单元在DEA相对有效面上的投影原理，提出了改进方法。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the principle and the economic significance of Data Envelopment Analysis and its evaluation method and the steps of C 2R model. By using C 2R model and combining input and output index system of multi scheme evaluation, evaluation of multi scheme of construction projects and the relative efficiency and the optimal orders of different projects have been achieved. Meanwhile, in order to transforming DEA ineffective units into DEA effective units, the method of optimization of DEA inefficient projects are presented by using projection principle. DEA method overcomes the disadvantages in feasibility study of construction projects, and provides decision makers with the reference for the proper and scientific decision making in different projects. |
