落管技术与急冷方法制备Cu60Zr40非晶合金晶化行为的比较

摘    要:本文用X射线衍射和DSC热分析技术研究了由落管技术制备的非晶Cu_(60)Zr_(40)的晶化行为,并且与急冷条带进行了比较,研究结果表明:落管技术制备的Cu—Zr非晶合金与同成分的急冷非晶样品有明显不同的晶化行为,急冷条带样品的晶化析出相为Cu_(10)Zr_7,晶化属于多形型转变,而落管样品的晶化析出相为Cu_(51)Zr_(14)和未知的富Zr相,晶化属于初晶型转变。

Abstract:Crystallization behaviour of metallic glass Cu_(60)Zr_(40) prepared by drop-tube processing in comparison with that by rapidly quenching has been investigated using X-ray diffraction and DSC thermal analysis. A significant difference between them was found. The precipitated phase Cu_(10)Zr_7 may crystallize out from amorphous ribbon prepared by rapidly quenching by a polymorphous reaction, whersas the primary crystailization mode was occurred in the sample formed by drop-tube processing.
