摘    要:大块非晶合金具有高的强度、硬度等力学性能及优异的磁学性能,具有大块非晶形成能力的合金存在一个过冷温度区间,在该区间内合金呈牛顿流动状态,可以进行超塑成形。阐述了大块非晶合金一系列优异的性能,并对目前大块非晶合金的制备方法进行比较,指出快速凝固粉末冶金技术在该领域内的研究成果与应用价值。

Abstract:Bulk amorphous alloy possessed high strength and hardne ss as well as excellent magnetic property. There existed a super cooling temper ature interval with Newton flow state for the alloy capable of super plastic fo rming. A series of excellent properties of the bulk amorphous alloy were surveye d. And the present different preparation methods for bulk amorphous alloy were c ompared. It is pointed out that the rapidly solidified powder metallurgy has great signi ficance in the preparation field of the bulk amorphous alloy.
