| 摘 要： | 介绍了热成形的技术原理，并以2008年国际板材成形数值模拟会议（Numisheet’2008）上提出的汽车B柱热成形仿真的考题为例，分析了应用JSTAMP／NV进行热成形案例热力耦合仿真分析的应用过程，并将仿真结果与实验结果进行比较，结果表明仿真结果与实验结果吻合良好，精确地预测出该制件成形过程中的板料温度及厚度分布。

Hot Forming Simulation of Vehicle B-Pillar Based on JSATMP/NV |

| Abstract: | The technology principles of hot forming and taking the examination question about simulation on hot forming process of vehicle B-pillar as an example, which is proposed on the international conference and workshop on numerical simulation of 3D sheet metal forming processes（Numisheet＇ 2008）, the application of JSTAMP/NV in hot forming simulation processes with thermalmechanical coupling analysis. In addition, the comparison between simulation result and experiment result was carried out, and it shows that they are consistent quite well; thickness of the sheet metal and the degree of temperature on B-pillar were accurately predicted. |
