应变水平对铝镇静钢板塑性应变比的影响

摘    要:通过单轴拉伸实验测算了深冲用铝镇静钢在不同拉伸应变水平下的塑性应变比,包括常规应变化γ和瞬间应变比γ。结果表明,该钢板的塑性应变比具有明显的应变相关性,采用由线性回归技术获得的平均应变化可更加合理地表示其平均塑性各向异性。

Abstract:The plastic strain ratio, including conventional strain ratio and instantaneous strain ratio, of an aluminium-killed steel sheet was measured at various tensile strain levels by tentile test. It was shown that the strain ratio of the sheet steel had obvious strain-dependency, and the average strain ratio obtained by linear regression technique is preferable to the conventional strain ratio in terms of average plastic anisotropy.
