| 摘 要： | 本文介绍药芯焊丝自保护焊的设备及焊接工艺，通过库尔勒－鄯管道工程中半自动焊与手工焊的使用情况对比，阐明了半自动焊的优势，总结在工程应用中的操作方法和注意事项，并针对施工中易出现的焊接缺陷提出了预防措施。

| Abstract: | This article introduces The equipment and welding technology of sub-auto welding with self-protection flux cored wire. Through the comparison of sub-auto welding with manual welding in application on Kuerle Suansuan pipeline project it introduces the advantages of the sub-auto welding, operation and cautions for applicalion in engineering. It also proposes some precautions on common welding failures in construction. |
