摘    要:多年来,在放射生物学和辐射育种领域,有关生物体辐照的剂量率效应争论较多。因而,我们在进行~(137)Cs-γ辐射源应用研究时,以~(60)Co-γ射线作比较,设计了本试验。用水稻休眠种子为辐照材料,以γ射线诱发细胞有丝分裂时产生可见的染色体畸变为检测指标,从细胞遗传学角度研究是否存在辐射剂量率效应。结果报道如下。

Abstract:Dose-rate effects of 137Cs and 60Co gamma-rays on chromosomal aberration rate of root tip cells in rice were investigated. Results showed that frequencies of chromosomal aberration in root tip cells of rice varied with dose-rate under the same dose. The differences among them were very significant. The dose-rate effects could be fitted by the curvilinear regression equation.
