自行车构架的有限元分析

摘    要:本文利用空间梁单元作自行车构架的动力分析。推导了碰撞时的冲量公式,据此离散并计算数值,计算结果表明:上接头、上管前部、前叉是整个车架的高应力区,车架的强度受其制约。

Abstract:Based on the space-bar element, the dynamic analysis of bicycle frames is carried out. and the bump impulse equation derived. The stress distribution calculated according to this equation show that the up-joint, up-pipe front and pro-fork arm are the high stress areas on which the strength of the bicycle frame mainly depends.
