摘    要:采用旋涂法制备了聚碳酸酯/GO/LDH纳米复合膜,并对其结构和性能进行了研究。通过TEM和FT IR等分析可知复合膜制备成功,无机纳米材料薄膜中分散均匀。UV-Vis分析可知,薄膜具有较高的透光率,同时,纳米复合膜对紫外线的吸收率要强于纯PC。从MCC阻燃分析结果可以看出,GO与LDH起到了协同阻燃的作用,并且表现出较高的阻燃效率。

Abstract:PC/GO/LDH nanocomposite films were prepared by spin-coating method.TEM and FT IR analysis showed that the inorganic nanofillers were homogeneously dispersed in the PC matrix.UV-Vis analysis showed that the film had good transparency and the UV absorption of the sample was better than pure PC.MCC analysis showed that GO and LDH had synergic effect and gave high flame retardant efficiency.
