摘    要:针对TK6216数控落地铣镗床的齿轮副啮合时产生的空回误差,提出了一种双斜齿的消除侧隙机构来保证齿轮传动的精度,介绍了应用基于特征的造型软件UG实现齿轮机构特征造型的原理与方法,在精确建模的基础上,确定了最不利加载线的位置,应用有限元法计算了这种载荷分布下轮齿的变形及齿根应力,并绘制了齿根最大应力随过渡圆角半径的变化趋势曲线。计算分析结果表明,过渡圆角半径越大,越有利于提高轮齿的弯曲强度。
