摘    要:大型整体封头越来越受到重视,需要开发可行的制造工艺。通过采用数值模拟的手段,设计了采用上模和下模的整体封头锻造工艺,对两种上模旋转下压的方式进行了对比,通过DEFORM-3D塑性成形软件对锻造过程进行了模拟计算,分析了终锻后锻件的等效应变分布。结果表明,通过采用上模旋转下压的方式,可以得到所需的封头,锻件尺寸符合要求。

Abstract:It is important to control the forging process of the integrated pressure vessel. A new forging process was developed in order to manufacture the integrated pressure vessel by the numerical simulation based on the deform -3D. In the process, a top die and a bottom die were designed which used to change the shape of the forging. Two different ways of forging by the top die were compared. The effective strain of the forging was analyzed after the simulation. The result shows that the new forging process is effective and have a good result for the forging which was consistent with the requirements.
