81/2XHP2S—1和81/2HP2型牙轮钻头传动比及机械钻速的试验研究

摘    要:介绍了在室内钻头试验台架上用资中砂岩和嘉一灰岩对81/2XHP2S—1型和8/2HP2型三牙轮钻头所进行的大量试验。试验中,通过数据采集和数据处理系统测出了这两种钻头钻进时的钻压、扭矩、传动比和机械钻速。试验结果表明,钻头的机械钻速与传动比、齿面结构、岩石性质及钻井参数有密切的关联,为改进这两种钻头的设计提供了重要依据。

Abstract:Model 81/2 XHP2S-1 and model 81/2 HP2 cone bits were tested on the bit test stand, and the drill pressure, drilling torque, transmission ratio and penetration rate of the bits were obtained by a data acquisition and processing system. The test result shows the penetration rate of the bit is closely related to the transmission ratio, cutter teeth structure, rock character and drilling parameters.
