| 摘 要： | 介绍回收过磷酸钙生产中含氟尾气 ,生产 2 4%商品氟硅酸 (液体 ) ,同时副产氟硅酸钠的工艺流程、设备选型、设备主要参数和防腐处理。装置投产后 ,运行良好 ,氟硅酸产品浓度在 2 4%以上 ,排放废气含氟量在 0 .1g/m3(标态、干 )以下 ,年综合经济效益达 38万元

| Abstract: | The recovery of fluorine in tail gas of SSP production and the production of 24% commercial fluosilicic acid(liquid)with byproduct sodium silicofluoride are introduced in process, equipment and its working parameter, and corrosion protection. The plant has stable operation, its product concentration keeps more than 24%, the fluorine of exhaust waste gas less than 0.1 g/m 3(STD., Dry), total economic benefit is about 370 k RMB Yuan. |
