摘    要:本文以肥城矿业集团白庄煤矿两台4L 20/8型空气压缩机变频调速节能改造系统为例,阐述了利用一台变频器实现多台空气压缩机的变频节能改造的思路、运行参数微机监控功能的实现、改造后系统运行特点、节能效果计算方法等,为活塞式空气压缩机节能运行提供了新的手段。

Abstract:This article takes the energy-saving reformed system of two 4L-20/8 air compressors in Baizhuang Coal Mine of Feicheng Mining Group as instance of frequency control to enunciate the idea of using one frequency converter to realize energy-saving reform of multiple air compressors, the realization of microcomputer monitoring of running parameters, the operation characteristics of the reformed system and the computational method of energy-saving effect. The reform provides a new important means for energy-saving operation of piston air compressor.
