摘    要:采用上限法,在分析金属流动的基础上,建立了挤压坯料各区域的动可容速度场,计算了零件的挤压上限功率及挤压各通道的高度,并通过实验进行了验证。

Abstract:Kinematically admissible velocity fields based on the upper-bound method for analyzing metal-flowing were set up. The upper-bound power of extrusion and the height of each channel were then calculated and verified also with experiment data.
