| 摘 要： | 介绍了S7-300可编程控制器（PLC）在胎侧挤出压延生产线的的应用,根据生产线的生产工艺和控制要求,对电气系统的硬件组成和软件程序进行了设计,介绍了PROFIBUS现场总线在生产线上的应用,以及应用组态软件设计生产线画面。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces an application of S7-300 PLC to the conrolling system of the tyre side extruding and pressing production line.Base on technological process and corolling , hardware and software of electrical system are designed.And the paper introduces the application of PROFIBUS networks and configuration menu of product line in this controlling system. |
