高海拔、高寒地区水热媒添加剂的研究

摘    要:针对高海拔、高寒地区供热速度慢、热效率低等问题,研制了能显著提高水热媒沸点的添加剂。通过配方筛选实验、单因素实验及正交实验,优化出了水热媒添加剂配方;通过水热媒添加剂节能效果现场模拟实验,证明了所研制的水热媒添加剂能显著改善供热效果;对水热媒添加剂腐蚀性、风险性进行了分析。该水热媒添加剂成本低、工艺简单、腐蚀性小、安全性高,具有很好的社会效益和军事意义。

Abstract:he present paper intends to introduce the authors'success in developing a kind of heat medium water additive to resolve some problem that exists in high altitude and cold area,such as slow heat supply speed and low heat efficiency.The experiments of single factor and many factor are finished.The appropriate element and content of heat medium water additive is acquired.Heat medium water additive can improve heat supply effect is testifyied by locale simulation experiment of heat medium water additive.The corrupt and hazard capalibity is analyzed.The heat medium water additive is low cost,simple technics,low corrupt and good safety capalibity and take on good economy profit and military affairs purport
