12V190燃气机连杆的有限元分析

摘    要:本文针对国产12V190燃气机连杆出现的断裂现象,结合连杆实际工作条件,采用有限元软件ANSYS进行应力分析,确定了连杆的最大应力部位。通过与现场连杆断裂位置比对,验证了连杆在结构设计上是安全可靠的。文中的连杆断口分析也验证了这一点。

Abstract:This article in response to the fracture phenomenon of 12V190 domestic gas engine connecting rod,combined with its actual working conditions,using finite element software ANSYS for stress analysis of connecting rod to determine the linkage position of maximum stress.Through the connecting rod on-site fault location than the right,this article verified the link in the structural design is reliable.Text of the connecting rod fracture analysis also verified this point.
