摘    要:MathCAD是专门用于科学运算的应用软件,为采用逐板法计算精馏塔理论塔板数,提供了强有力的计算工具。作者根据长期积累的实践经验,开发出使用MathCAD2001完成逐板法计算的行之有效的方法。该方法使用简单,易于掌握,应用范围广,便于改变操作参数进行比较计算,并且能够可视化输出精馏计算中的各种曲线。

Abstract:MathCAD is the special software for scientific calculations. Apparently, it is a powerful tool for the calculation of ideal plate number in distillation tower. Combining the function of this software and the experience in practice, the author has developed the plate-by-plate calculation method with MathCAD2001. The characteristic of his method is easy to understand and easy to use. It makes the comparison of different operation parameters become more convenient. It also allows the visual output for distillation calculation curves.
