基于虚拟仪器技术的流动注射分析系统的研制与应用

摘    要:研制了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的流动注射分析系统。在LabVIEW软件平台上,构建了由研华ADAM-4017数据采集模块、Atme189C51单片机、7.22分光光度计以及微机等组成的硬件平台,并开发了一套完整的控制和分析软件,实现了信号采集、数据显示、流路控制和数据储存等功能。将该系统应用于停流-催化光度法以测定痕量酚,实验结果表明,其线性相关系数为0.9992。该系统不仅易于研究流动注射分析中的各种检测方法和数据分析方法,而且为研发适于现场监测的全自动流动注射分析测试方案提供了良好的平台。

Abstract:A flow injection analysis(FIA)system based on virtual instrument is developed.This system includes a software platform with LabVIEW and a hardware platform designed for controlling and analysis.The hardware platform is composed with Aventech AD- AM-4017 data acquisition module,Atmel 89C51 single chip microcomputer,722 spectrometry and PC etc.It can fulfill signals sam- pling,data display,flow control,data saving.This system was applied in flow injection-catalytic spectrophotometric determination of trace phenols using stopped-flow technique and the experiment concludes that the relative is 0.9992.This system is convenient to study the detection and analysis methods of FIA,moreover,it also provides a useful platform to develop an automatic FIA measurement scheme for monitoring online.
