汽驱生产过程蒸汽干度的软测量和优化操作

摘    要:本文针对汽驱工业过程设计了一套优化监控系统。本系统建立了基于RBF神经网络的蒸汽干度软测量模型,并应用遗传算法对整个汽驱过程进行优化计算。系统具有良好的人机界面,各部分之间的数据通讯是基于OPC进行的。目前该监控系统已成功运行于辽河油田,实践证明,本系统具有较好的可靠性和稳定性。

Abstract:A soft sensor of the steam dryness and optimum control system for the steam drive oil process on-line is introduced. Based on RfiF neural network, it builds a soft sensor model for the steam dryness measuring. Using genetic algorithms (GA) to optimize steam drive oil process. This system has friendly human-machine interface (HMI). Data communication is based on OLE for Process Control (OPC). The system has been applied at Liaohe oil field and shown its reliability and stability.
