异戊二烯萃取精馏过程的能量分析与节能

摘    要:萃取剂的选取、用量及萃取精馏流程的集成是影响萃取精馏过程能耗的重要因素。本文对从C_5馏分中萃取精馏分离异戊二烯过程的能耗进行了分析,在ACN为萃取剂条件下,采用常规塔序热集成方案可以节能42.91%,在满足工艺指标的条件下,采用热偶精馏流程可以节省过程能耗58.70%。

Abstract:The selection and dosage of extractive solvent and the integration of extractive distillation flowsheet are important factors in- fluencing the energy consumption of extractive distillation process.The energy consumption in the extractive distillation process to sepa- rate isoprene from C_5 fraction is analyzed in this paper.With ACN as the extractive solvent,the energy can be saved 42.91% through heat-integration of conventional extractive distillation process.With the process targets fulfilled,the adoption of thermally coupled dis- tillation flow can save energy up to 58.70%.
