阿维菌素检测条件的探究

摘    要:农药制剂加工的检测环节往往成了生产时效的一个关键瓶颈。在保证检验工作质量的情况下,加快检测速度,提高生产出货的时效,就能抢占市场先机。通过试验阿维菌素高效液相色谱非标检测方法,缩短单个样品检测时间,降低检测成本和提高检测效率。选用岛津色谱柱:inertsil ODS-SP C18填料,250 mm×4.6 mm(i.d),5μm不锈钢柱;过滤器:滤膜孔径约0.45μm;进样器:50μL;流动相:甲醇∶水(86∶14);流速1.0 mL/min;检测波长:245 nm;阿维菌素标准偏差≤0.0038;变异系数≤1.80;线性相关系数为0.9995;平均回收率为99.5%。该非标方法简便、准确、快速,适用于阿维菌素类制剂产品的含量测定和质量控制。

Abstract:The detection of pesticides preparation processing link production limitation is usually a key bottleneck.In order to ensure the quality of the inspection,speed up the detection speed and improve production shipment limitation,can preemption market opportunities.Through exploring avermectins non-standard high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) detection method,Shorten a single sample testing time,reduce the cost and improve the test detection efficiency.Use Shimadzu:inertsil ODS-SP C18 packing,250 mm×4.6 mm(i.d),5 μm Stainless steel column;filter: the membrane filter aperture of about 0.45 μm;Sampler: 50 μL;Mobile phase: methanol∶water(86∶14);velocity 1.0 mL/min;Detected wavelength: 245 nm;the standard deviation of avermectins than 0.0038;the coefficient of variation of more than 1.80;linear correlation coefficient was 0.9995;the average recovery was 99.5 %.The non-standard method is simple,accurate and fast,apply to avermectins agents products in the determination and quality control.
