摘    要:通过对炉渣的调整,加强精炼操作,对LF(精炼炉)的吹Ar制度、造渣制度、还原气氛进行优化,防止钢水二次氧化,缩短精炼及真空处理时间,稳定化学成份,提高钢液纯净度和质量,给后续工序提供优质钢水,从而达到提质降耗的目的。

Abstract:Through slag adjustment, strengthens refining operation, optimizes LF Ar blowing system, slag forming system and reducing atmosphere, prevents liquid steel secondary oxidation, reduces refining and vacuum treatment time, stabilizes chemical composition, enhances liquid steel purity and quality, provides high quality liquid steel to the subsequent process, thus achieves high quality and lower consumption goal.
