摘    要:以强酸性树脂为催化剂合成柠檬酸三丁酯。主要考察了催化剂用量、酸醇摩尔比、反应时间及催化剂重复使用对酯化反应的影响。结果表明酯化反应的最佳条件为:醇酸摩尔比为5.5∶1,催化剂用量为柠檬酸质量的11%,反应温度为130℃,反应时间为小时4 h,此条件下酯转化率达到91%以上。并且经过简单处理后可以重复使用。

Abstract:Tributyl citrate was preparedwith citric acid and n-butanol catalyzed by high acid resin.The main factors including quality of the catalyst,molar ratio of reactants,reaction time were investigated.The optimum reaction condition was determined as follows: molar ratio of reactants=5.5∶1,quality of the catalyst 11 % of the mass of citric acid,reaction temperature 130 ℃,reaction temperature 4 h,with conversion over 91 %.The catalyst showed high catalytic activity when reused.
