微电解处理技术在PCB油墨废水预处理的试验研究

摘    要:文章通过对PCB(印制线路板)油墨废水试验研究,采用正交实验和单因素试验优化试验参数,提出曝气式微电解工艺对于该类废水的预处理,并获得最佳工艺参数:铁炭比1∶1,pH 3.0,反应时间60 min,气水比15∶1。CODCr的去除率达到60%左右,B/C比从0.15左右提高到0.35左右,重金属等指标低于检出限。

Abstract:The paper through to the PCB(Printed Circuit Board) ink wastewater,with orthogonal test and single factor test optimization test parameters,aeration micro electrolysis process is proposed for this kind of wastewater pretreatment,and obtained the optimum parameters: the ratio of iron/carbon was 1∶1,pH 3.0,60 min of reaction time,ratio of gas and water was 15∶1.The CODCr removal rate can reach about 60 %,B/C ratio raised from about 0.15 to about 0.35,heavy metals and other indicators below the limit of detection.
