毛竹一锅煮脱色技术工艺研究

摘    要:研究毛竹一锅煮脱色技术,采用正交实验探究了毛竹深加工脱色技术的最佳工艺条件为:过氧化氢体积浓度为21%,脱色时间为50 min,温度90-95℃,溶液的pH为9实验表明,过氧化氢脱色效果好,且无污染,不变色。

Abstract:Decolorization of bamboo cooked in one pot were studied in the paper.The optimal extraction conditions of orthogonal experiment of decolorized bamboo were obtained with 21 % volume concentration of hydrogen peroxide for 50 min decolorized time at 90-95 ℃ temperature and pH was 9.Experiments show that effect of hydrogen peroxide decoloration is good and unpolluted.
