摘    要:主机架是风力发电机组的重要承载部件,其设计可靠性直接影响到机组运行的安全性。本文在实体单元力学理论的基础上,利用有限元软件ANSYS及协同仿真环境Workbench,对某1.5MW风机的主机架进行了静强度计算。检验了设计的可行性,根据计算结果提出了主机架设计中的关键部位及优化方向。

Abstract:The main frame is one of the most important loading components of wind turbine. Its reliability of design directly affects the operating safety of the wind turbine. Based on the mechanical theory of solid elements, the mainframe of 1.5MW wind turbine was calculated by using finite element software ANSYS and the co-simulation environment Workbench. The design feasibility of the main frame was checked. According to calculation result, the key position of mainframe design and optimization direction was pointed.
