摘    要:本文以三层聚甲基丙稀酸甲脂材料黏合制作一种双通道旋流式微混合器.实验探讨了相同直径不同深度的微混合器中,不同进口流速下0.05%罗丹明B溶液和去离子水两流体的混合特性.利用带高分辨数字摄像机的体视显微镜观察并记录混合过程,Image J软件进行混合图像处理,分析流体从进口到出口沿半径方向上浓度变化趋势,比较各类情况下的混合效益.结果表明.随着进口速率和混合腔深度的增加,混合效益得到提高,混合腔内的旋转绕流有利于增加流体间的界面,缩减流层厚度,改进混合质量.

Abstract:The two-channel vortex micromixer was fabricated by three PMMA plates which were bonded together by adhesive.Rhodamine B solution with 0.05 percent and de-ionized water were employed in experiments.The mixing behaviors of micromixer at three different depths and three different flow rates were investigated.The mixing processes were inspected and recorded through stereomicroscope with CCD.Image J software was implemented to analyze the concentration change trend from inlet to outlet in different conditions.E...
