盲孔法检测钢结构构件应力的数值模拟研究

摘    要:目前,盲孔法已应用于钢构件残余应力测量,但对于工作荷载下钢构件的应力水平测量则研究甚少。针对这一情况,采用模型试验,研究用于实际工程现场检测的盲孔法。为了使试验更准确地反映工程实际,在充分考虑钢结构设计及施工现状的基础上,结合有限元分析,并通过大量的数据分析和计算,对试验的测试过程及关键参数做了进一步的研究。

Abstract:At the present time,blind hole method has been used in the residual stress measurement of steel member,but the research on stress measurement of steel member under working load is insufficient.Aim at this situation,research blind hole method used to actual engineering witnessed inspections by means of model test.On the basis of current situation of steel structure design and construction,through a good deal of data analysis and calculation,make a further research on test process and key parameter.
