基于再生运动链法的牛头刨床刨削机构创新设计

摘    要:对牛头刨床刨削机构的组成及其工作原理进行了分析,基于再生运动链法,对牛头刨床的刨削机构进行了创新设计,应用ADAMS软件对满足要求的新型机构方案进行运动仿真分析。通过对数据的对比分析,验证了新型机构符合牛头刨床使用要求,并最终选定了最优的新型机构方案。

Abstract:In this paper,the composition and working principle of the shaping mechanism of the shaping machine are analyzed,the innovation design of the shaping mechanism of the shaping machine is carried out based on the regenerative motion chain method,and the motion simulation analysis to assessment whether the new mechanism scheme satisfies requirements is conducted by using ADAMS software.Based on comparative analysis of data,it is verified that the new mechanism meets use requirements of shaping machine,and the optimal new mechanism scheme is finally selected.
