摘    要:目前长距离管状带式输送机大多采用“头、尾”多机驱动布置型式,驱动装置启停和紧急制动的动态响应是一个非常复杂的过程,具有负荷重、惯性大,启停和制动不平稳等特点。为了保障管带机的平稳、可靠启/停及安全运行,须解决好各驱动启停和运行时的同步及负载均衡问题,否则易造成单个驱动发生过载跳闸及不同步时胶带的打滑磨损,甚至造成驱动电机和其它机械设备的损坏事故等。为解决这些问题,本文主要介绍了一种基于高压变频多机驱动的同步控制与功率分配原理,并结合实际长距离管状带式输送机项目的驱动特性进行应用研究。

Abstract:Currently,most long-distance tubular belt conveyors mostly adopt the type of“head and tail”multi-machine driving arrangement.The dynamic response of start-stop and emergency braking of the driving device are very complex process,with the characteristics of heavy load,large inertia,unstable start-stop and braking,etc.In order to ensure the smooth,reliable start/stop and safe operation of the tubular belt machine,the synchronization and load balancing of the start/stop and operation of each drive must be solved well,otherwise the single drive overload trip and belt slip and wear phenomenon when out of synchronization are easily caused,and even cause the damage accidents of the drive motor and other mechanical equipment.To solve above problems,in the paper,a synchronous control and power distribution principle based on high-voltage frequency conversion multi-machine drive is introduced,and application studies on the driving characteristics of the actual long-distance tubular belt conveyor project are carried out.
