摘    要:基于"1+4"热连轧生产线和2800 mm冷轧生产线,采用不同工艺线路制备了5083-O铝合金板材,研究了不同制备工艺对板材组织性能的影响。结果表明:不同工艺路线生产的成品板材均随退火温度升高,抗拉强度、屈服强度减小,深冲性能提高。采用中间退火后,最终板材晶粒尺寸较大,更符合深冲加工要求。试验与生产的性能具有差异性,依据生产数据优化退火温度355℃保温3 h所得板材性能:抗拉强度275 MPa、屈服强度126 MPa、伸长率27%、加工硬化指数n值0.24、变形比r值0.72、制耳率0.8%、杯突值9.15 mm。

Abstract:Based on the“1+4”hot continuous rolling production line and the 2800 mm cold rolling production line,the 5083-O aluminum alloy sheet was prepared by different preparation processes,and the influence of different preparation processes on the microstructure and properties of the sheet was studied.The results show that as for the sheet produced by different preparation processes,the tensile strength and yield strength decrease and the deep drawing property improves with the increase of annealing temperature.With the intermediate annealing,final sheet has a larger grain size,which is more suitable for deep drawing processing.The test and production vary in terms of properties,at the optimized annealing temperature of 355℃ and 3 h for heat preservation based on production data,the properties of the sheet are as follows:tensile strength of 275 MPa,yield strength of 126 MPa,elongation of 27%,n value of 0.24,r value of 0.72,ear production rate of 0.8%,and cupping value of 9.15 mm.
