摘    要:连接柴油机凸轮轴与正时齿轮的42CrMo钢螺栓在试机过程中断裂。对断裂螺栓进行了宏观检验、化学成分分析、硬度测定、金相检验和能谱分析。结果表明:螺栓的化学成分、显微组织和硬度均正常,但氧化物夹杂的含量较高,且最大直径达350μm,大大降低了螺栓的有效承载面积,导致其断裂。

Abstract:42CrMo steel bolt,serving to connect camshaft to timing gear in a diesel engine,fractured during trial operation.The fractured bolt was subjected to macro-examination,chemical composition analysis,hardness measurements,metallographic testing,and EDS analysis.The results showed that the bolt provided normal chemical composition,microstructure and hardness,but excess oxide inclusion as maximum diameter as 350μm which considerably reduced effective bearing area of the bolts,thus resulting in its fracturing.
