| 摘 要： | 夹持式平面移动立体车库主要由转盘、升降机、穿梭车、夹持取车机构组成,文中介绍了车库总体控制方案,并分别对各设备的工作原理进行分析,设计各种传感器检测移动设备的运动状态,同时对立体车库的出入库工艺进行说明。通过比较可以发现,夹持式平面移动车库的机械结构设计和建设的优势以及较好的应用前景。

| Abstract: | The clamping type planar mobile high-rise garage mainly includes a turntable,elevator,shuttle bus and clamping and access mechanism.In this paper,we introduce the overall control scheme of the garage,and analyze the working principle of each equipment separately.We designed various sensors to detect the movement state of mobile equipment,and at the same time,explained the storage and delivery process of the high-rise garage.Through comparison,it can be found that the clamping type planar mobile garage has advantages in mechanical structure design and construction and promising application prospect. |
