摘    要:汽轮机在鼓风运行状态下,叶片与介质高速摩擦会产生大量热量,引起汽缸温度急剧上升,严重影响汽缸强度、安全性和可靠性。以某型汽轮机为研究对象,通过三维流场仿真计算,分析了介质与叶片之间的摩擦引起的鼓风热流,并将该热流作为温度场研究的边界条件获得了汽缸内部的温度分布。结果表明:鼓风热流对汽缸温度分布的影响较为显著,鼓风热流越大,汽缸的温度越高,可能造成设备因过热而产生故障。因此在设计时需对鼓风热流进行更细致的计算,为汽缸可靠性、安全性设计提供支撑。

Abstract:When the steam turbine is running in the blast state,the high-speed friction between the blade and the medium generates large amount of heat,which leads to sharply increase of the cylinder temperature and seriously affects the cylinder strength,safety and reliability.In this paper,a steam turbine is investigated to show the effect of blasting heat flow on temperature distribution.The blast heat flow,which is chosen as the boundary condition in temperature filed calculations,is obtained through the three-dimensional flow field simulations.Based on the obtained heat flow,the temperature field in the cylinder is further obtained via finite element method.The results show that the blast heat flow has significant influence on the temperature distribution of the cylinder.The large blast heat flow will lead to high temperature on the cylinder,which might cause machine faults.Therefore,a more detailed calculation of the blast heat flow is needed for the reliability and safety design of the cylinder.
