水下穿越管道腐蚀检测新方法及案例分析

摘    要:由于近年来管道失效事故时有发生,且造成影响极为严重,所以埋地管道腐蚀检测也成为了运营方的关注重点,对于穿越江河等水域的管段或埋深较大的管段受技术原因限制,检测方法有限,且检测精度不甚理想。应用水下管道检测机器人(ROV)可有效解决江河穿越管道无法实施有效检测这一难题,机器人可潜入水下靠近管道实施管道定位、防腐层检测及阴极保护有效性等方面的检测。

Abstract:due to the frequent occurrence of pipeline failure accidents in recent years,and the impact is very serious,the corrosion detection of buried pipeline has also become the focus of the operators.For the pipeline section crossing rivers and other waters or the pipeline section with large buried depth,the detection method is limited by technical reasons,and the detection accuracy is not ideal.The application of ROV can effectively solve the problem that the river crossing pipeline can not be effectively detected.The robot can submerge near the pipeline to detect the pipeline positioning,anti-corrosion layer detection and cathodic protection effectiveness.
